A joint venture of Bridges Community Support Services, Spirited Hands Art and VSA Missouri cut the ribbon Tuesday at 2814 Sutton Boulevard.
Bridges provides individual and family counseling, especially with issues related to disabilities. Spirited Hands is a supportive, community art center for those with and without disabilities. VSA Missouri promotes access to the arts for people with disabilities.
