Lampert’s Q-Shack reopened on Friday, with owner Larry Lampert and his daughter Angie, according to St. Louis Magazine. The barbecue spot is next to Walgreens at McCausland and Manchester.
They serve pork, beef, chicken, ribs, rib tips, Polish sausage, burritos and tacos and more. “You’re not gonna find a tofu barbecue, or cremini kabobs,” Lampert told St. Louis Magazine. He also said they don’t run out—running out of food is no way to treat a customer, he said.
He plans to be open from early spring to late fall. A deck next to the ‘shack’ seats 28. Lampert’s Q-Shack will be open Monday through Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
