The line for absentee voting in St. Louis County, at 3232 Laclede Station Road in Deer Creek Park, in Maplewood, was out the door on Thursday morning, the second day the office was open.

One voter who came out said the line was an hour and a half long.

  1. There were no lines when I went in. Everyone was very efficient. The process was smooth and easy. I hope everyone at the polls has the same experience on November 8!

  2. Bombshell news / October surprises like today’s FBI announcement about Hillary demonstrate why early voting can be a bad idea. Well bad I suppose if one just now learns about her history of obstructing justice and may therefore be inclined to no longer support her.

    • In Britain by law campaigning is limited to just 6 weeks. They don’t spend anywhere the billions of dollars we do, and their candidates aren’t any worse than ours. If people can’t make up their minds after over a year of election coverage, that’s pretty pathetic.

  3. FYI-I voted at Deer Creek on Tuesday, and I think that voting location has been open for at least a couple of weeks now. Fortunately, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I thought it was a well-run operation.
