A man’s electric tricycle, his only form of transportation to his job, was stolen on Saturday from the Starbucks. A friend has started a GoFundMe to replace it.

Patrick Schneider’s electric tricycle was stolen from Starbucks on Nov. 17. Patrick is a fixture in the Dogtown, Richmond Heights and Maplewood neighborhoods. Most everyone knows him by name or by his smile and waves. He is kind, helpful and intelligent. He also has a bad knee and heart problems. Without his electric tricycle he is unable to get to the local historic homes he restores, his primary source of income. This also hinders his access to the grocery store.
This is Patrick’s only mode of transportation. The trike originally belonged to his best friend. He also had physical limitations and when he passed away about 3 years ago his children made sure the bike went to Patrick.
With Thanksgiving in 2 days, please give thanks for your blessings and give to help a neighbor in need.
Thanks to everyone who has donated to Patrick’s disabled trike fund so far. Patrick is getting closer to his goal of Independence and mobility.

Obviously you haven’t seen the other videos of Trump doing the same thing mocking “normal” people, but you can keep your head in your own little universe. There are other sources of news than the one channel that you watch.

Looked at his FB. He has some interesting views, to say the least. Anti-Islamic, extremely pro-Confederacy, very pro-Trump, and pro-Native American. The last doesn’t fit with the others, considering all the damage to Native land rights right now.

I love seeing Patrick ride his bike in the area. He can be seen up at VFW Post 3500 regularly. I hope he gets his bike back or a replacement.
