Wednesday, April 16

  • Police responded to the 2200 block of Yale Avenue for a reported disturbance. Police contacted  a man who said he was arguing with his ex-girlfriend.  The woman in question left before police arrived. No arrests were made or charges filed.
  • Police arrested a 36-year-old woman on suspicion of shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
  • Scratches were left on a vehicle by means of a sharp object, possibly a key, in the 7500 block of Manchester Road. Police are investigating.

Thursday, April 17

  • Police arrested a 33-year-old man on suspicion of stealing merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
  • Police arrested a 55-year-old man on suspicion of shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
  • Police arrested a 32-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man on suspicion of stealing merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
  • Approximately $400 in property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 7500 block of Weaver between 4:30 p.m. on April 17 and 6:30 a.m. on April 18. Police are investigating.

Friday, April 18

  • Police arrested a 39-year-old woman on suspicion of stealing approximately $116 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.

Saturday, April 19

  • Police arrested a 30-year-old man for peace disturbance in the 7300 block of Manchester Road. Police had responded to a business for a report of a man causing a disturbance.
  • A 33-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
