2015 memberships to the Maplewood Dog Park are now on sale at Maplewood City Hall or online. Resident memberships are available to Maplewood residents and nearby municipalities.
The Maplewood Dog Park is in Kellogg Park (2531 Circle Drive), and use is by membership only.
Memberships for Maplewood, Richmond Heights, Brentwood, and Shrewsbury residents are $20 for the first dog, and $5 for the second dog per calendar year. Register online.
Memberships for all others in the greater St. Louis area (non-resident memberships) are $50 for each dog. Register online.
Proof of vaccinations and a photo of the dog (digital photos are preferred) are required during registration. Please submit digital photos to: [email protected].
Maplewood Dog Park is available from dawn to dusk. During the winter the park closes at 7 p.m. See all dog park rules.
Candidate for Brentwood mayor, Chris Thornton said in an email to 40 South News that lots of Brentwood residents have asked him about a dog park in Brentwood, and that he supports of the idea and was pleased to see that it was included as a part of the Brentwood Parks Department long range plan presented at a board of alderman meeting.
The candidates for mayor of Brentwood will participate in a League of Women Voters forum on Wednesday.
