The Maplewood Professional Firefighters union shop held its first annual trivia night Friday and 350 players filled 35 tables at Immaculate Conception.
Maplewood firefighter Matt Wilcox said all proceeds go to the Community Outreach Program and fire education programs. He said in the past the firefighters helped a resident rehab her dilapidated house and also had a secret Santa toy drive.

Wilcox said he was surprised at the large turnout.
“The ongoing support and donations that we have, with the silent auction and everything, this is great,” he said.
