Maplewood resident James Jewell at one time was underemployed working 30 hours a week part time at a law firm and thought it would be cool to have a popular twitter account. It worked out fine.
Jewell started Tweeting pieces of copy from the New York Times on Twitter, using the handle @NYTMinusContext. He currently has 136,000 followers.
He said there was an account called @pitchforkme that did a similar thing with Pitchfork reviews and he decided to try it with the NYT.

I believe he’s using copy from the new York times, and tweeting pieces of it out of context…
