New Maplewood Richmond Heights coach, Ryan Robertson, played goal as half the team practiced corner kicks Friday at Ryan Hummert Park. The rest of the team practiced at the other end at the field.
The majority of the team is returning, Robertson said in an interview last week with 40 South. There was enough on the field for a good scrimmage later in the practice.

The team’s first home game is August 29 at 4 p.m. against Tower Grove Christian. The first MRH home football game is August 22 at 7 p.m. against Confluence Academy. The first volleyball game of the season is at Brentwood, August 25 at 6 p.m.
