Brentwood’s new chief of police, Dan Fitzgerald, has begun communicating with the public with a new website. The latest post on the Brentwood Police Department’s previous site states, “The Brentwood Police blog has moved,” with the web address for the new site, which is called, The Chief’s Desk.
Fitzgerald says on the site the department plans “solid communication with the community.”
He says the goal of The Chief’s Desk is to let residents “know about everything happening at the Brentwood Police Department.
“We will give you crime updates, tell you about events involving the PD, let you know what our officers are doing in your community, and try to keep you as informed as possible,” Fitzgerald states. It’s possible to sign up for notifications by email when the blog is updated.
