Two properties in Brentwood once in the news, that have been on the market, have new listings.
The lot at 8815 Madge Avenue that Boys Hope Girls Hope had wanted to build on is now listed by is now listed for sale with Berkshire Hathaway for $195,000.
Boys Hope Girls Hope was turned down by city officials last year. The group found a site in Richmond Heights near the Menards development.
The real estate agency says the lot could be used for a small business. It could also be two residential lots, according to the city. It also says Brentwood has to approve the use.
The half-acre lot once occupied by the Sports Attic, until it burned down two years ago in April, is now listed by Gundaker for $125,000. It was previously listed at $180,000 by L3 Corporation.
Before the fire, owner Joe Droege had it listed for sale at $895,000 on Craigslist. Droege still owns the lot, according to county records.
