New Maplewood library director began as a shelver at Brentwood

The Maplewood Public Library director of the past 29 years, Terry Donnelly, is retiring from the job later this month and is being replaced by a librarian who began as an after-school shelver at Brentwood Public Library. Maplewood Library posted comments from both online.

  3. Terry, I just ran into you at Scheidt Hardware and you didn’t even mention this important news. Don’t worry. I’ve been retired for quite awhile and I think I’m pretty good at it. I predict it won’t take you long to get used to it. Much thanks for all your good work. I wish you a very long and happy retirement. Kathy, I look forward to meeting you sometime in the near future.
