From the Missouri Farmers Market Association web page on Sackett:
- Market manager of Ellisville Community Farmer’s Market since its conception in 2010 — one of the first in the area to have a kids program and kids market tent.
- Became market manager of the Wildwood Farmers Market in 2013 (with her husband George) — in one season, it evolved into a producer-only market, grew from nine vendors to 25 and added two holiday indoor markets.
- Member of Slow Food St Louis chapter, the Missouri Mycological Society, AgriMissouri, the Missouri Organic Association and the Missouri Farmer’s Market Association.
The first outdoor market at Schlafly Bottleworks is Wednesday, April 6, from 4 to 7 p.m.
Former market manager Brian DeSmet is now the program manager at Fair Food Network, according to his Linked-in page.
