Melody Noel, CEO of NHB KnifeWorks, was painting on July 4 — the plan is to open for Let Them Eat Art in Maplewood on Friday night, Noel said.
She is opening the shop with her son, Nate Bonner, a trained chef and knife-maker. NHB focuses on producing high quality, innovative, one-of-a-kind artisan made knives. They’ll also sell other equipment for cooking. All the products sold in NHB will be made in America. The shop is at 7328 Manchester Road.
