Maplewood police on Friday said three arrests have been made in connection with the damaged windows. One man has been charged.

So far, warrants were issued on 19-year-old Andre Armstrong who lives in the 5400 block of Wren Avenue in St. Louis for 14 counts of first degree tampering through the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for the damage caused in Maplewood.
