Operation Christmas Child, the world’s largest Christmas project of its kind, sends gift-filled shoeboxes to needy children overseas, according to a press release from Operation Christmas Child.
Individuals, families, churches and groups are working to make Christmas a reality for needy kids around the world by filling shoeboxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and notes of encouragement.
Donations are being collected at two South County locations and one West County location in mid-November.
