Richmond Heights’ inaugural Party on the Pavement runs Friday 5 to 10 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the grounds of The Heights, 8001 Dale Avenue.
Enjoy free concerts, carnival rides, food and more, according to the city.
Bands include Ticket to the Beatles, Bella & Lily, and The Fabulous Motown Revue.
