The house at 8815 Pendleton was torn down in the last few weeks, the Brentwood Historical Society reports, also that it was the fourth-oldest house in Brentwood. It was built in 1895.
A. Bommarito Wines is building an expansion on the site, and also at 8827, 8823 and 8819 Pendleton.

8815 Pendleton was sold in 1993 for $69,000, and in February 2014 for $301,000, according to St. Louis County records.
