Planet Score Records, a new/used record/CD/cassette/movie shop in Maplewood opened its doors Friday morning. Owners, Joe Stulce and Tim Lohmann, moved the shop from Hazelwood, where it went by the name CD Reunion.
In the store (7421 Manchester Road) on Friday, they said they carry all kinds of music.
“Tim and I are both into garage rock, psychedelic, progressive rock, so we kind of have a lot of that kind of stuff,” Stulce said. “Well — Charlie Parker right here,” he said about what was playing in the store. “We love it all.”
He said they sold music “all over the map” in their first two hours open.

Stulce said they also want people to know they’re buying all kinds of CDs, vinyl and tapes. “That’s how we keep this going.”
They plan to be open 10 a.m. to 8 or 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and maybe later on weekends.
