Tuesday, March 24
- Police arrested a 33-year-old man for stealing approximately $630 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
Wednesday, March 25
- Police arrested a 37-year-old man for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police arrested a 34-year-old man and a 33-year-old man for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police are investigating the theft of approximately $260 in merchandise from a business in the 3200 block of Laclede Station Road. Police have since identified the suspect and are attempting to locate him.
- Police arrested a 38-year-old man for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
Thursday, March 26
- Police arrested a 49-year-old man for shoplifting merchandise from a business in the 7300 block of Manchester.
Friday, March 27
- A leaving the scene of an accident was reported near Oxford and Kensington. The reporting party said the driver of the striking vehicle fled on foot before police arrived. The next day police arrested the 35-year-old male driver, who who was charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
- A 1998 Dodge Stratus was stolen from the 3200 block of Sutton. Several hours later the car was recovered by St. Louis City Police in South St. Louis. While conducting the investigation on Sutton, Maplewood Police located an unoccupied vehicle parked in the fire lane at Pacific and Sutton. It was discovered that this vehicle had been reported stolen out of St. Louis City. Police believe the suspect arrived in the stolen vehicle and stole the Dodge Stratus parked nearby.
