The new Qdoba in Clayton, in the 6700 block of Clayton Road across from the Esquire Theater, is getting closer to opening, but contractors at the site Thursday didn’t know the opening date.
The planned 3,605-square-foot restaurant will seat about 65, with a 1,360 square foot patio to seat about 44 people, according to Qdoba’s application to the city, the St. Louis Business Journal reports.
The Qdoba patio and parking lot is replacing two former storefronts.

Really? How many does one area need?
I don’t usually get too excited about new chain restaurants, but I’m excited to have another Qdoba location close by. The Hanley location is a pain to get to with all the regular traffic…
