Revel Kitchen plans to open its second location, next to Mai Lee Restaurant on Musick Memorial Drive, next month.
Revel Kitchen specializes in paleo, vegetarian, pescatarian (fish, not meat) or any other healthy diet preference. Its first location — still open — is on Cherokee Street, in St. Louis. Owner, Simon Lusky began by cooking paleo meals for the St. Louis Cardinals in 2010.
Revel Kitchens service manager, Bridgette Buyna, said Tuesday that the Brentwood location plans a soft opening on Feb. 5. See the menu at the Cherokee Street location. The Brentwood menu isn’t posted yet.
