Richmond Heights Assistant City Manager Pam Hylton was awarded the Missouri City/County Management Assoc. Richard R. Noll Assistant of the Year 2019, the city has reported.
The award is given annually from the association to “the member who displays high standards of accomplishment, professionalism and ethical conduct,” from the association.

Richmond Heights City Manager Amy Hamilton also won statewide recognition in 2018.
Maplewood Assistant Manager Anthony Traxler won the Outstanding Assistant award in 2017.
