Richmond Heights officials approved plans for three businesses on Monday at the city council meeting — one at the Menards complex, one on Clayton Road and one on Big Bend, the city posted on Twitter.
Dunkin’ Donuts received a received a permit to operate at 1754 S. Hanley Road in an outbuilding by Menards. The city reported on Twitter that there will be a drive-thru.
Pie Five Pizza and Noodles & Company have also reported plans for the Menards location. Also, Wingstop, Penn Station and Andy’s Frozen Custard are set to open locations there, according to a source.

The council also approved an amendment to the site plan for 1155 S. Big Bend, the future location of Big Shark Bicycle, relocating from University City.
City Manager Amy Hamilton said a conditional use permit was approved for Tip Top Cleaners at 6360 Clayton Road. It has a new owner.

Hopefully the new owner of Tip Top Cleaners will do something about all the St. Mary’s employees who use the store’s parking. There’s be no customers yet every parking spot would be taken. The last owner didn’t care and the employees didn’t either.
