At the regular meeting of the Richmond Heights City Council on Oct. 19, officials voted unanimously to approve developments on East Linden Avenue and Eager Road, according to the meeting minutes.
The council voted to change the zoning classification of the property at approximately 1107 East Linden Avenue from Single Family Residential to Planned Development to allow for construction of 42 town homes.
The council also OK’d an ordinance approving the site plan review, preliminary and final development plan for four apartment buildings known as phase II of Manhassett at the northwest corner of Eager and McCutcheon roads. Ground was broken for phase I, known as EVO, in September. Phase II is west of phase I.
