The first of the Richmond Heights Police Department’s weekly ‘Walk N Talk’ neighborhood visits took place Wednesday evening at Yale and Wise avenues. They’ll continue through the summer at a different location each week.
A few residents from Yale and Wise came out to talk to the officers. One resident asked if they knew anything about FBI undercover activity in the area; they said they had seen an unfamiliar black SUV hanging around a couple months ago. The officers said they didn’t know of that, but to call if they ever see a vehicle that looks suspicious.
Two years ago pink flamingos mysteriously invaded the 1100 block of Yale Avenue. A few of the plastic birds are still around.
