Richmond Heights police officer caught on video doing his job

A Richmond Heights police officer was caught on a home surveillance video recently one evening at 12:30 a.m. 

In the snow, the officer moved delivered packages from the front porch to the back door at the home of a resident who was out of town. It’s a standard practice of the Richmond Heights Police doing a vacation check.
