City of Richmond Heights officials on Monday heard the first readings of three bills that together would give the go-ahead for eight single-family townhomes on Dale Avenue.
The project, at 7715 – 7729 Dale Avenue, has gone through multiple iterations as the developer has worked to design the townhomes to work with the neighboring houses.
