The Maplewood Design and Review Board on Thursday is set to consider four applications for residential additions, signage for the planned Maserati-Alfa Romeo dealership on S. Hanley Road and plans for the Sunnen Market Apartments, also on S. Hanley.
The Maplewood Historic Commission will also meet on Thursday, and will consider an application to demolish the former Schaefer Shell building, at 2707 S. Big Bend.
Maplewood officials in August approved a Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers for the location.
