For the first time in 111 years someone not named Scheidt owns Scheidt Hardware (now called Scheidt True Value) in Maplewood.
George McClandlis and Ben Reynolds have made the purchase official, they announced on Facebook over the weekend: “These two (not the baby-George and Ben) have been friends for over 30 years, have worked together for over 10. They are now, OFFICIALLY, owners of the store. Stop in and congratulate them. See how they can help you with your fix-it needs.”
Well, I guess now that it is official…!
Love you guys!
Ho’omaika’i ‘ana!
Mahalo nui loa!
Scheidt has been a great hardware store in the past, the recent past, and this week, too, under the new owners. Congratulations to you both!
I have been in there a couple of times and they are both very nice.
Comgratulations! We are lucky to have such knowledgeable guys there to help us. Good luck!
Good. He was not very friendly and he stunk up the store by smoking. I never went there again.
I support small businesses. I will try them niw.
I felt the same way. Will shop there again now that I will be able to breathe in there.
