Side Project Brewing announced on its blog on Wednesday that it will open to the public on Sunday, Dec. 18.
Side Project Brewing is at 7458 Manchester Road in Maplewood, MO.
Side Project Brewing and The Side Project Cellar, which opened in 2014, at 7373 Marietta Avenue, are owned and operated by Cory and Karen King. Side Project beers have an international reputation.

The new Side Project Brewing Tasting Room holiday season hours:
- Sunday, Dec. 18: Open 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Dec. 24 & Sunday, Dec. 25: Closed for Christmas Eve & Christmas
- Saturday, Dec. 31: Open 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- Sunday, Jan. 1: Closed for New Year’s Day
- Saturday, Jan. 7 & Sunday, Jan. 8: Open 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. every Saturday & Sunday from this point on
About parking: Side Project Brewing has spaces for approximately 20 cars. If the lot is full use public parking. The large lot next to The Side Project Cellar (the Marietta lot) is about 1.5 blocks away from the new brewery.

So this brand new glorious brewery will never be open past 7pm?! If so, that’s a shame. Personally I prefer my tipples after sundown.
