Smoked ribs ready for Cousin Hugo’s, Super Bowl parties

It’s not fancy behind Baumann’s Fine Meats, in Brentwood, but the smell of smoking ribs makes up for that. “Good ribs, baby,” T. O. Lucas says as he applies the glaze.

He said half will go to Cousin Hugo’s for Friday lunch and half will be sold over the counter. He’ll smoke the wings on Saturday, just in time for Super Bowl parties.
