The Mid-County Chamber of Commerce has announced its band lineup for the 2017 Summer Concert Series, held the last Wednesday of the month at Ryan Hummert Park through the summer, beginning in May.
The concerts are free, and always brings a good-sized crowd out to enjoy the evening.
The Provels, stacked with Maplewood talent — including Spanky Piano Man, co-owner of The Live Juke Joint Dueling Piano Bar — kicks off the series with its ‘soul R&B funk fusion.’ Maybe they’ll even play one of their Talking Heads covers.
- May 24: The Provels
- June 28: All Roostered Up
- July 26: The Retro Band
- August 23: The Hot Flashes (Concert for a Cause – Recipient TBD)
- September 27: The Tony Campanella Band
Looks great , and a great time for all.
