A man driving east on Rannells Avenue in Maplewood Wednesday morning hit two parked cars, causing his vehicle to overturn, according to Maplewood Police.
He was using a cell phone at the time of the crash, police say. He was treated at the scene by the Maplewood Fire Department for minor injuries.
