The city of Brentwood will hold a general municipal election on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 for municipal judge, mayor and alderman (one each from Wards 1, 2, 3, 4) elected for two year terms.

Filing for the offices will open at 8 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. on December 13. The city clerk will accept Declarations of Candidacy at City Hall, 2348 S. Brentwood Blvd. After that, declarations will be received during normal business hours until filing closes at 5 p.m. January 17, 2017. Candidates are required to bring a photo ID and pay a $5 filing fee.
