Is this the bad start of turning neighboring houses into “tear downs” like in some other neighborhoods?
I guess I need to drive by the area to see what the homes are like on that area. I thought there was more brick homes so I guess the stone or brick portions are a nod to that look. I wonder if there is an access from the back for these homes. Not at all accessible to anyone with a handicap or even aging in place with all those steps in the front of the homes. Same goes for off street parking, none in front of the homes it looks like unless that is what some of the larger sections on concrete are for.
Parking in the back according to the plans Doug posted in October: https://bit.ly/2CChsoZ And I agree about not being ADA or Aging in Place compliant. We live in RH and are looking for a home on one floor that we can remodel to make wheelchair accessible or tear down and build new, but hard to find in the mid-county area.
