David Schlafly is developing 7400 Manchester Road; the only tenant announced is The Blue Duck restaurant, opening its second location in the back part of the building. Schlafly has said he’s looking for retail tenants for the front. The number is 314-705-2909.

My Happy Place is moving out of 7405 Manchester Road. Maplewood city council approved a permit for Kimcheese to take the spot in November. It will be the third area Kimcheese, Asian-fusion restaurant.
7415 Manchester Road sits empty, after the city council last year approved a permit for Craft Beer Cellar to open its second location there. Soon after, Craft Beer Cellar owners withdrew. They’re now being quiet about a second location (original is in Clayton) and where it might be. Call the owner at 314-691-6333.
That’s disappointing that Craft Beer Cellar pulled out. I was wondering what was happening with them.
