St. Louis County Parks has closed Winter Wonderland for the season and Tilles Park is completely closed, as of Tuesday, Dec. 29, according to a Facebook post.
The department posted photos on Facebook to show what the park looks like after the three days of rain. “The park is trying to dry out right now and staff is staying safe. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your patience,” the parks department posted.
Other park closings as of 9 a.m. Dec. 29 due to flooding: Trails at Lower Meramec, Lower Cliff Cave, Winter Park, Lower Buder, Simpson, Unger, West Tyson, Creve Coeur Trails and Lower Marine Ave, Lone Elk, Sioux Passage Boat Ramp and Lemay Park.
