The family renovating Woodside, Maplewood’s oldest house, is keeping a blog and Tweeting about the process (at @WoodsideHouseMO). The latest explains why they haven’t posted an update recently — life in general being busy, plus following the Cardinals and the Summer Olympics.

Recent progress on the house hasn’t been noticeable they say: they submitted their application for Missouri historic tax credits, received approval from the Maplewood Design and Review Board for the renovation plans and started preparing the house for foundation work, which included disconnecting the sewer, water and gas. (See their blog here.)
