A yoga studio, Urban Breath Yoga, has signed a lease for the large center space at 2810 Sutton Boulevard, building owner, David Schlafly said in an email Thursday.
The space was recently Black Cat Theatre, and originally Bettendorf’s Supermarket.
Urban Breath Yoga currently has locations at 4237 Manchester Avenue (the Grove neighborhood) and 1220 Tamm Avenue (Dogtown).
From the Urban Breath Yoga website, its Dogtown studio offers Prenatal, Mommy and Me yoga, and special workshops. The Grove studio offers Kundalini yoga, Hatha yoga, Power yoga, Yoga Basics, and Vinyasa Flow.
Urban Breath Yoga couldn’t be reached immediately for an opening date.

The Sierra Club, Bridges Community Support Services, Spirited Hands Art (community art studio), Bolyard’s Meat & Provisions (butcher—fall opening), and Living Room (baked goods and coffee—fall opening) are also in the building.
