Brentwood Chief of Police Dan Fitzgerald makes these posts on his informational department website, The Chief’s Desk. He recently posted the updated the Uniform Crime Report statistics for the year of 2014.
Chief Fitzgerald’s comments:
As you can see, the crime trends in Brentwood have stayed fairly consistent over the last few years. I have heard, over the last year, a feeling that crime in Brentwood is increasing. I believe these stats show that things have more or less stayed the same.
Our goal at the Police Department is to do our part to reduce crime in our community. As a Brentwood citizen, you can help by reporting crimes and suspicious activity when they occur (644-7100). Let’s all work together to try and reduce these numbers in 2015.
