    Achieving a healthy weight is not about deprivation and starvation but about learning your individual needs and eating style. Emily Bailey, RD, CSSD, LD, NASM, will discuss what makes up a healthy nutrient balance to fuel your body and your mind, not only for a healthy weight and mind, but for overall health and prevention.

    Emily has been a Registered and Licensed Dietitian since 2003, a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics since 2014, and is also dually certified as a personal trainer.
