The Brentwood Historical Society posted on Friday that three homes on Brazeau Avenue were torn down this week to make way for MSD’s Project Clear. The house at 2908 Brazeau was built in 1947, 2914 Brazeau in 1923, and 2916 Brazeau in 1930.
MSD plans to tunnel under Brentwood Boulevard at Russell Avenue and install a tunnel up to 25 feet in diameter the length of Russell Avenue as part of the project. See more information on Project Clear.

According to MSD’s fact sheet on the linked Project Clear website, the diameter of the pipe will only be 4 to 6.5 feet. The depth will be 25 feet.
