Justen Conner, 29, and Jarmon Jackson, 34, of St. Louis were charged on June 8 with stealing $922 worth of infant formula from the Maplewood Walmart, according to police and court records.
On May 14 at 2:55 p.m. Connor and Jackson selected a duffel bag from Walmart and put it in a shopping cart, then pushed the cart to the infants department where they put 54 canisters of infant formula in the cart. They hid the canisters inside the duffel bag.
Conner pushed the shopping cart out of the store without trying to pay for any of it. They were stopped outside the store and the stolen formula was recovered. They were both held on $10,000 bond.
