Side Project Brewing’s new brewery is ‘coming soon…’ according to the brewery’s Twitter account.
The brewery is under construction at 7458 Manchester Road in Mapelwood. Craft Beer Cellar, a shop that specializes in craft beer, plans to open its second location, at 7415 Manchester Road, almost just across Manchester from Side Project. The Maplewood City Council approved the permit on Tuesday.

Somebody needs to open a Poke bar/restaurant in Maplewood. This is the big craze out in California – dice raw fish salads. Sorta a takeoff on Sushi. All the hipster that MW is trying to attract would pounce all over this.
