The fifth area Our Urgent Care medical center opened at 1201 S. Big Bend Boulevard with a ribbon cutting Tuesday in Richmond Heights. The opening was on the tenth anniversary of the opening of the first.
The service is a “true alternative to hospital emergency rooms and other ‘chain’ or hospital-owned urgent care centers,” according to a press release. Our Urgent Care is an Urgent Care Association of America certified facility, with 14 highly trained, licensed providers who have extensive emergency department experience specializing in both general and pediatric care.
The hours of the walk-in location is 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week. See the Our Urgent Care website.
Our Urgent Care is next to the New Balance store, which opened in August. The new Richmond Heights post office is on the south end of the building.
