The Brentwood Historical Society recently posted two Brentwood High School photos, from 1965 and ’78, and also a newspaper clipping of a report of a tragic accident on Route 66 that killed 17-year-old Richard Krech of Brentwood and four other teenagers in 1949. The five were returning from Sylvan Beach on the Meramec River.
