The former Church of God in Christ and the A.B. Green School at Dale and Boland in Richmond Heights were demolished this summer in preparation for the Boland Place apartment complex.
Richmond Heights City Manager Amy Hamilton said the delay — before beginning construction — is nothing out of the ordinary.
She said developer, Joseph Cyr, is securing all the required utility permits and easements, and that foundation and footings construction won’t be started in winter, so will begin in Spring.
Hamilton is set to give the city council an update on the project in the Dec. 20 meeting.
