Attorney to keep his drivers license for now, following DWI charge

Defense attorney Scott Rosenblum was arrested in Brentwood in April 2014 on suspicion of drunken driving after crashing his Bentley head-on with a pickup truck on South McKnight Road.

A St. Louis County judge ruled against Rosenblum on Tuesday, but his attorney asked for a rehearing before an associate circuit judge, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, so Rosenblum will keeps his license for now.

He filed suit against the state to keep his license following the charge, and has kept his driving privileges while the case progresses.

  1. I don’t care if he is a lawyer, he made a foolish choice to drink and drive. Thank God he didn’t kill anyone. Hope he gets justice and looses his license, has to go through satop classes and is treated like any other criminal who drinks and drives.
