US Bank, in Richmond Heights, bought the house next door (1410 S. Big Bend) in August 2013 for $200,000, according to St. Louis County and Zillow records. It was built in 1922, and today it came down.
A bank employee Thursday morning said they haven’t been told what’s going to happen with the lot.
Predecessors of US Bank wanted that land for a long time and I was told the previous owners would sell when that bank building was built.
